Join us every Wednesday from June through August. Join us for a mid-week boost of yoga fused with mobility and human connection every Wednesday evening from June through August.
In this class we will build a slow and mindful flow designed to develop strength in our muscles and stability around our joints. We will tap into the fire of our inner warrior, remember to play like our inner primate, and learn to move gracefully as we intentionally transition through each asana.
This class is led by Emily Quinn, who received her 200hr Yoga certification in Ashtanga Yoga in January of 2018. Looking for something unique to add to her repertoire, she discovered Budokon Mixed Movement Arts in 2020 - where she became certified in teaching Yoga & Mobility. (Budokon stands for “The Way of the Warrior Spirit” & was created with an emphasis on movement application to Martial Arts.)
Since then, she’s been traveling the country teaching Budokon workshops & finding her own style and way of creating delicious & nutritious Budokon-Flavored yoga classes.

Cost: $15-$30/person suggested donation. Cash upon arrival at class also accepted.
