Join us for a gentle yoga flow boasting a beautiful view of South Mountain every Sunday morning, from January through June. During the cooler months class will be held within a heated geodesic dome, so please do not let weather upend your Sunday yoga plans!
Classes are taught by our Yoga and Wellness Director, Toni Grace. Everyone is welcome, regardless of athleticism or yogic experience. Many physical modifications are offered as Toni leads you through a slow moving and gentle practice to bring a sense of ease into your Sunday. You will hear her repeat throughout all of her classes “this is your practice, not mine --” guiding her students to be their own teacher and allowing each yogi to truly tap into the intuition of their own body.
